Failure to submit all documents will delay your student's registration.
In order to request your student's records from his or her previous school, we also must have a completed Authorization to Release Records form (JBC-8) on file, which you can download below. Please complete this form and email it to Donneth Hamilton at [email protected]. Failure to complete and return this form in a timely manner could delay your student from being placed into the appropriate classes.
